RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your purchase from Glow Flow Style. If something isn't right, you may be able to return your item under the policy below.
Returns (UK)
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Returned with original packaging (and tags, if included)

You must provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
Returns (International)
International customers can request a return within 14 days of delivery, unless local law requires a different timeframe.
Important: To avoid delays and customs charges

The parcel must be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration

Declare the original item value (not a lower amount)

Mark as "Return/Refund – Not for Resale" if your postal service allows it

We cannot accept returns that don't include this declaration, as we may refuse delivery or be charged import fees (which will be deducted from your refund)
Please note:

International return postage, customs charges, and taxes are the customer's responsibility (unless the item is faulty/damaged or incorrect)

We can't refund any import duties/taxes you paid to your local authorities when you received the order

Returns must be sent using a tracked service and packaged securely
Items we can't accept back
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns for:

Earrings and piercing jewellery (if opened or worn)

Any item marked "Final Sale" or clearance items
-
Gift cards
This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
How to start a return
Email info@glowflowstyle.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you'd like to return

Your delivery country (for international returns)
We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. International customers: We'll also provide guidance on how to mark your parcel correctly. Returns sent without requesting a return may be refused.
Return shipping costs

If you're returning because you changed your mind: you pay return shipping.

If the item is faulty/damaged or we shipped the wrong item: we will cover/arrange return shipping or reimburse reasonable return postage (we'll confirm the process by email).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the outcome. If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Original delivery charges are not refunded, unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/payment provider to post the refund

If customs/duty charges are incurred because the parcel was not marked as "Returned Goods," these will be deducted from your refund
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email info@glowflowstye.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

The shipping label
We'll offer a replacement, repair (if applicable), or refund in line with your legal rights. International customers: We'll arrange/cover return shipping for faulty items.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. If an order has already been dispatched, it will need to be returned (if eligible).
