Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time. Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods displayed there. Payments may be processed by third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).

4) Orders & Acceptance

After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit orders (including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock/fulfilment issues). If we cancel an order, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

5) Shipping & Delivery (Worldwide)

We ship worldwide where available. Shipping times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside our control. Any delivery timeframes shown on the Site are not guarantees.

Customs, duties, and import taxes: For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

6) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (14 Days)

7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with an order, please contact us first at info@glowflow.com so we can help. Unauthorised or improper chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases.

All content on the Site (including text, images, logos, and design) is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9) User Content (Reviews, Comments)

If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for operating and marketing the Site, provided it is lawful and not misleading.
