Where we ship
We ship UK-wide and to international destinations. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us at info@glowflowstyle.com and we'll do our best to help.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Next day delivery is only available for orders placed before 2pm on weekdays.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information (for tracked services). You can use this to monitor your parcel's progress.
If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam/junk folder or contact info@glowflowstyle.com
Delivery issues
My order hasn't arrived

UK orders: Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe. We'll investigate with the courier.

International orders: Please allow extra time for customs processing. If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us.
Missing or stolen parcels
We're not responsible for parcels marked as "delivered" by the courier but not received by you. Please:

Check with neighbours, reception, or safe places

Contact the courier directly using your tracking number

If the parcel is confirmed lost/stolen, we may be able to assist with an insurance claim (tracked services only)
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can't refund or reship orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us and we'll try to update it before dispatch.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
